Meet Katie | Founder of Peak Pose Yoga
Katie is a dedicated yoga teacher passionate about guiding students toward their highest potential — both on and off the mat. To Katie, every practice is like a journey we take together. It begins with a single breath, a grounded step, and the willingness to show up. Through mindful movement, intentional breath, and inner awareness, Katie helps students build strength, awaken confidence, and discover a deeper sense of peace within themselves. Peak Pose Yoga isn’t about perfect poses — it’s about personal growth. The lessons learned on the mat — presence, patience, and resilience — are the same tools that support us in everyday life. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or deep into your journey, Katie’s classes offer a welcoming space to rise, reconnect, and return to your true self — one breath, one step, one practice at a time.

Ignite: A Journey Through Tapas practice
a spicy yet accessible yoga class designed to challenge and support you.
In this safe and encouraging space, Katie will guide you through a dynamic
sequence that blends heat with mindfulness.
Here, your practice is your own. Each choice you make on the mat is an act of sovereignty,
a reminder of your strength, and a powerful step in your journey of transformation.
WEEK 1: "Ignite the Flame" What is Tapas? The power of showing up.
WEEK 2: "Keep the Fire Burning" – Consistency & Resilience
The importance of daily effort, even when motivation wanes.
WEEK 3: "Through the Fire" – Moving Through Discomfort
Discomfort vs pain — growth happens just outside the comfort zone.
WEEK 4: "Burn It Away" – Shedding Limiting Beliefs
Transformation means letting go. Burn through the old to reveal the new.
WEEK 5: "Power from Within" – Building Inner Strength
Tap into the fire you’ve built — confidence from experience.
WEEK 6: "Radiate" – Living the Fire
Integration. You’ve done the work — now embody and share your strength.

You are required to create an account.
Your series pass reserves your spot in all 6 classes and is just for you.
Please note, passes are non-refundable.
Drop Ins are valid for 1 class for the IGNITE Series.
You are required to Purchase Pass, then you are responsible to book your class.
This Drop In Expires at the end of the series.
No Shows are not refunded.
